At the portfolio level, the Initiatives (work being delivered) can be grouped by programme and provide a summary narrative and insight into the overall progress of all the work in flight. At an Initiative level, the user can see the movement in RAG status (red, amber, green) and next steps for the initiative. It will provide the user with clear visibility of initiatives that are trending amber or red for further investigation or action.

Provides a team view of the work. It provides visibility of the Initiatives (the work being delivered) in flight or planned by the team. It offers current and previous RAG status for initiatives in flight, visibility of the stage the initiative is in, and any due dates. It provides insight into the velocity of the team, planned work by type and highlights the team's capacity to deliver on time and any initiative scope movement. It also shows the team's health (how complete the team is) and provides a summary.
Bye bye manual reporting task
This provides a detailed view of an Initiative (the work being delivered). It summarises the initiative and its current and previous RAG status. It gives details of the work completed and planned, and it critically provides insight into any risks and issues currently being faced. It also provides insight into the team's capability to deliver the initiative based on velocity and throughput. This is beneficial for multi-team or constrained team delivery.
