His areas of expertise include strategic program implementation, advisory reviews, business process assessments, software evaluation and implementation, project assurance, development, change management, and training and support.

Significant transformational breadth across large-scale ERP & EAM Programmes from both a technology perspective and also organisational design and delivery of benefits associated with the target operating model. Strong commercial experience, corporate finance and M&A pedigree. He can also establish a robust governance and control culture, with a greater business-wide focus on the commercial aspects of capital and operational investment, as well as the return to shareholders and investors.
